MEDITATION: Accept Everything and Experience Friendliness With Life. Namaste,
✨💫🌟There are many variables when working on manifesting your reality and being in the flow with life is imperative. In order to feel in the flow of existence we must have a deep friendliness with life; but sometimes it’s hard to accept how our life is going. One way to develop friendliness with life is to accept yourself and everything that is happening in and around you.
This is a simple 21 minute meditation take from the Living Enlightenment book by Paramahamsa Nithyananda which can transform your inner space to peace, relaxation with life and acceptance with yourself.
Sit quietly for 21 minutes without any body movements (body movements create thoughts) and just accept everything in your outer and inner world. If you are experiencing greed, fear, worry, guilt etc. just accept if fully. Even if you imagine the worst possibility accept that also. What will happen is your mind will become silent. When your mind is silent so much peace and acceptance happens in your inner space.
